This land has previously been a tobacco farm, a hay farm, and is now home to a few beef cattle. We acquired the property in 2017, and have been making it our own and enjoying it ever since. We have blazed trails through the woods for hiking, created campsites with fire rings, farmed hay, and grown various vegetables for self-consumption. We love the proximity of the farm to town, yet the seclusion we feel when we are out there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay on here. Jennifer was quite helpful with directions. It is a nice peaceful spot close to Lexington.

Electric- Barn Grass

First RV trip

We loved our stay here! Very convenient to the city but still the serenity of country life. Can't wait to go back! Lots of land to let our dogs run and great layout as well.

RV Gravel Electric/ Water/ Sewer

This is a great location. The property is beautiful and is very private but yet very close and convenient to Lexington. It is a peaceful and picturesque farm setting with a lot of wildlife. Jennifer and her husband are friendly and accommodating and very responsive.

I love the tent camping on jennifer‘s land! Her and her husband were very gracious and accommodating. An all-around exceptionally enjoyable experience. We look forward to returning. They also have a spot for an RV, which I thought was cool.

Great location and communication

Jennifer was a terrific host, and had great communication. She was there to meet us when we arrived and made sure we knew where all the facilities were. The location was awesome as well. Great spot to stay at.
